00The Process

Seven days. One website. No mystery.

The 7-day promise isn't a slogan — it's a documented build sequence. Day 1 through Day 7, written down, with what we owe you and what we need from you on each line. What follows is the entire process, in order, exactly as it runs.

The week starts the moment you book. The clock is real, and it's on us.

01Day 01 → Day 07

What happens, and who does what, every day of the build.

A real timeline, not a summary. Each day lists the work we ship and the single thing you owe us to keep the clock honest. Miss your half, the week slips — on us, never on you.

  1. Day01

    Kickoff & strategy

We open the file. You give us the room.

    What we deliver

    • 20-minute strategy call to lock scope, audience, and the one offer you want the site to sell.
    • A signed build agreement — fixed price, fixed date, no hourly billing.
    • Shared workspace with the day's checklist visible to both sides.

    What you owe

    • One 20-minute call. Three to five links to sites you admire (or don't).
    • Logo file, brand colors if you have them, and two photos of the business you already like.
  2. Day02

    Wireframe & messaging

The skeleton, on paper, before a pixel is drawn.

    What we deliver

    • Annotated wireframe for every page in the package, mapped to the buyer's journey.
    • First draft of headlines and sub-copy — written by a conversion copywriter, not a template.
    • SEO keyword shortlist built from your service area and your three top competitors.

    What you owe

    • One round of comments on the wireframe, returned same-day so the clock doesn't slip.
    • Approval — or written revisions — on the headline direction before we move to design.
  3. Day03

    Design in Figma

The site, dressed. You see it before we build it.

    What we deliver

    • High-fidelity Figma mockups for desktop and mobile, real photography, real type, real color.
    • One alternative direction if the first pass isn't it — no extra charge, no "scope creep" talk.
    • Accessibility check baked into the layout (contrast, type scale, tap targets).

    What you owe

    • Design sign-off in writing. One round of consolidated feedback, returned the same day.
    • Any final photography we can't source — a phone snapshot of the storefront is fine.
  4. Day04

    Build & content load

The approved design becomes a real, working site.

    What we deliver

    • Full build on a staging URL — every page, every form, every link clickable.
    • On-page SEO wired in: title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, schema markup.
    • All copy loaded, including the long-form About and Services pages.

    What you owe

    • Nothing today. Use the day to draft any extra copy you want added — a founder story, a list of service areas, FAQ answers.
    • Reply to one check-in email so we know you're still in the seat.
  5. Day05

    QA, speed, and accessibility

We don't ship it until it loads fast and reads clean.

    What we deliver

    • Cross-browser pass: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, plus iOS and Android.
    • Performance pass: images compressed, fonts subset, Core Web Vitals scored before launch.
    • Accessibility pass: screen-reader labels, keyboard nav, color-contrast audit.

    What you owe

    • One walkthrough of the staging site on your own phone and laptop. Five minutes, no notes needed yet.
  6. Day06

    Your review & final edits

The whole site, open in front of you, for 24 hours.

    What we deliver

    • Staging URL with editor access — leave comments directly on the page.
    • Loom walkthrough of the back end: how to update hours, swap a photo, post a blog.
    • Up to two rounds of minor edits included in every package.

    What you owe

    • A single consolidated list of edits, returned by end of day.
    • Final sign-off — text, phone, signed PDF, whatever is easiest.
  7. Day07

    Launch & handoff

Pointed at the world. Live before midnight.

    What we deliver

    • DNS cutover, SSL installed, 12 months of hosting and unlimited minor edits included.
    • Google Search Console and Analytics connected, sitemap submitted, schema live.
    • 30-minute handoff call and a one-page operator's guide for your team.

    What you owe

    • Forward your domain email to the address we set up. Tell three customers the URL is live.
    • Show up for the 90-day performance review — that's where the +187% organic-traffic number comes from.

02A note from the founder

The seven-day clock is not a sales line. It's the only way an in-house team of fourteen can keep quality high and price low — by refusing to let a project drift into week three. The discipline is the product. Every hire, every brief template, every kickoff checklist exists because we burned a week learning what doesn't work, so you don't pay for the lesson.

03Day 00 starts with a call

Pick the Monday. We'll bring the rest of the week.

A free 20-minute strategy call locks your scope, your start date, and the fixed price on the build agreement. Walk away with a written plan whether you hire us or not — most people who book the call do.

  • No pitch deck, no sales sequence — a working session with the builder who'll run your week.
  • You'll leave with the exact page list, copy direction, and a fixed quote in writing.
  • If we're not the right fit, we'll point you to someone who is.
